clearly you havent been following the case. the fraudy rapist has already lost the case. it's already been ruled on. as far as this case is concerned, they are now in the process of determining just how much in damages and penalties to hand out.

have you even seen the video of alina habba going habba dabba doo outside of a courtroom and balling her eyes out for the cameras and doing her little PR spiel about how unfair it was that the judge had already ruled and found them liable for fraud before they even walked through the door?

his own lawyers didnt even want him there. they didnt even bother to cross examine him. they just wanted him off the witness stand. he literally did nothing more but attack the judge and prosecutors, try to dance his way around the questions, and then he ultimately got slow-played into admitting to adjusting his property valuations as well as using fraudulent financial statements to induce a loan.

nothing he did was going to reverse his fate here. he's about to receive the corporate death penalty. and much like darrell brooks when he represented himself in the waukesha parade murder trials, he knows he was fair dinkum fucked so his only strategy was to try to act out just to try to enrage the judge and get them to lose their cool on a ruling so that perhaps one day he could appeal on it.
