The sexual allegations that found him liable with no evidence wasn't enough, they are desperate for another way to stop him. They've repeatedly tried to take Trump down since he began his first presidential campaign, anyone who says otherwise is lying to themselves. They tried to frame his as a Russian agent and did many things to slander his name. I'm just pointing out the obvious, but it's very likely based on the track record, that this is just another play to take Trump down with very little substance. They're trying to deflect from the fact that Biden is a criminal.

"They" in the rape case was E. Jean Carroll, a private citizen who took Trump on in a civil case, and won. He was not liable for jail time. Not sure why you think the deep state is involved there. And he lost because he literally put up no defense. None.

You're not even addressing any of the points in the violation of the Espionage Act case. You're just making a broad statement about how they're just going after him because that was their intention from the beginning. I get that you feel like it's unfair because you probably liked the guy (even though I'm anticipating you saying you never voted for him or even liked him to begin with), but what he did here and the amount of evidence stacked against him, is all the proof one needs to know that 1) he is either extremely negligent in the handling of the country's most sensitive information or he just doesn't care and 2) He is an absolute moron.

Hillary didn't give her classified material to the DOJ when requested and put under Federal Subpoena. Instead, she gave them to her private lawyers who reviewed them, without any clearances (illegal), and they decided what got deleted. Then came Bleach Bit and full immunity for her IT staff. I wonder why Trump didn't receive that same treatment? I wonder what is (D)ifferent. I should note that her staff also destroyed 5 phones and devices that were also under Federal subpoena.
