How this thread about Trump getting indicted on 37 counts turn into a BUT HILLARY!!! BUT HUNTER!!! thread?

The entire narrative of this case is a.) Did Trump commit crimes? and b.) Is the DOJ equitably enforcing laws on politicians from both sides?

I'd even wager that the latter is the more important issue -- the weaponization of the DOJ, or political bias in the DOJ in context to Presidential candidates/families is a scary issue. Whether or not Trump is guilty is really just an isolated issue that in and of itself has no impact on our lives whether he did or didn't.

that being said, that's really a side conversation because I'm sure we have topics on the other cases and their specifics.

Wheres the proof?

His own words. The pictures he took and statements he made.

I'm not going to keep this up as it's boring and off subject.

As soon as anything comes out about the crack baby and his dad their protectors rush to devert attention. But like I said no big deal it's just politics. It's a good game plan and the right should use it when they can

Actually, it's justice.

The Republican move, is to level unfounded or downright untrue allegations prior to the election.

Or did you forget the Clinton witch hunt just prior to the election that resulted in what charges again? Trump was the Commander & Chief just after that, and "Lock her Up" was his rallying cry ffs. Somehow you think that if Trump could have put Mrs. Clinton away he wouldn't have done so? The most petty, childish "leader" America has ever seen WOULDN'T have pushed for prosecution?

You poor delusional chud.

The Democrat "move" is to actually prosecute a serial criminal.

Trump is being prosecuted for crimes that he very clearly committed. He deserves to do time, and I hope that he does.
The only motivation required is that the DOJ wants to prosecute criminals.

I would vote for about anyone that was running ( if they they have a criminal record they can't run any way) other then what the democrats want for this country. Well unless you guys go out of your mind and run a blue dog democrat then let him pick the platform. Then I would vote for him over Trump.
Cool. So just admit you were wrong and projecting, and we’re done here. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

In response to the bolded: it 100% has an impact on our lives. What if it turns out one of the people he showed this stuff to is looking to either sell or weaponize it to nations hostile to the USA? If we can't hold the POTUS accountable for being discrete about our nation's secrets then we have a serious issue.

In response to the rest, on point B that's you and others doing your best to deflect and draw attention about point A.

The narrative is about point A

That's it.

You need to lay off the alex jones and fox news.

I wouldn't be surprised if hunter gets some kind of indictment. The gun stuff sounded pretty straight forward. But the law works pretty slow and deliberate. Especially for high profile cases with political angles. I doubt trump will see a court room for at least 12 months. More realistically 18-24.
Ya , I think they'll go after him for something
