What part of his Due Process rights were violated? Obviously they have a list of charges, that’s what they’re having the Grand Jury review evidence for to determine whether he should be indicted or not. Posting the list of charges is a snafu for sure, but I don’t really see a Due Process right being violated.

I don’t think that’s accurate, Whippy. AFAIK, they didn’t post an indictment before the GJ was finished. That would’ve been fucked up. Nor did they file charges before the GJ was finished.

It sounds like what we saw was the list of charges the government is pursuing. In other words, they assemble a GJ of regular citizens and say, “Ok guys, we are seeking to charge Trump under RICO statute 12345. Here is what that statute says, and here is our evidence….”
—and then the GJ votes whether or not there is enough evidence to indict under that charge.

It sounds like we maybe had a sneak peak at the charges that the government is seeking to indict on. Which as I said, is a stupid fuckup and a bad look, but not a due process violation.

But I’ll gladly amend my statement if I get additional info on how the Georgia grand juries work.

look at all of these counts....i had to bring out a calculator for this one, he's facing 251 seperate charges on this indictment alone. holy fuck!

and lol @ the rico charge. that's a 5 year mandatory minimum prison sentence if found guilty. no and's if's or but's. it also carries a maximum 20 year sentence.

and under georgia law, orange cosby will have to serve his sentence and then wait another 5 years just to be eligible for a pardon. lmao. get fucked!

oh the indictment is imminent now. i'm gonna have to reset that indictment counter pretty soon here.

are they really gonna go after him on 251 charges though? i mean we only have 78 counts spread out amongst his last 3 indictments. now we are looking at 329 felony counts which the orange sexual predator will be facing if this is true and the grand jury goes along with everything. and over there in the magaland fantasy funhouse, you can rest assured that the orange rapist is gonna beat every single one of those charges!

but if they add 3 more charges in a superceding indictment, or if they indict him on 3 charges for the trump organization fraud scheme, then he'd be at 332.

we'll have to wait and see though. are they really going to go after him on 251 charges? perhaps those numbers mean something other than the number of counts against him. because that seems a little wild. i'm a little skeptical of it. we'll have to wait for the actual indictment to come out to see what the grand jury chooses to go with.
