i hope she violates her plea deal so they can go to the judge for recission and then they will throw the plea agreement out the window and she can get hauled off to trial. i dont think shes gonna fuck around though.aint nobody coming to her rescue or going to bat for her so she's got nothing else to lose but a stint in prison.

"ATLANTA—Kenneth Chesebro, a former legal adviser to Donald Trump, pleaded guilty Friday to one felony charge in an agreement to testify for the prosecution in the Georgia racketeering case against the former president and others.

"Attorneys Sidney Powell and Ken Chesebro are heading towards jury selection in the Fulton County DA’s racketeering (RICO) prosecution after the presiding judge on Tuesday rejected their attempts to toss out their indictments.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, in an 18-page order, ruled that Powell and Chesebro’s RICO trial for their alleged roles in trying to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia, will move forward, as their assertions that “every count with which they are charged is fatally defective” were ultimately unpersuasive.

4hrs combined. i was listening in the background for like 10-15 minutes ( ) and he mentioned something nuanced like the behaviors of a lawyer can be separate from trump.

it's not good for trump obviously but it might not be relavant in some aspects either. in the end i dunno what to say, maybe darkballs can explain.
