Law Trump Georgia indictment watch

It might seem like an exaggeration, but it appears that way for at least a decent amount of the hardcore Trump fans. I've seen so many videos of Trump voters saying that there is nothing he could do that would make them not support him, likely because they would refuse to believe it or try to rationalize it. I know there's crazy people on both sides, but the whole cult of personality/golden calf/chosen one thing that's going on has no other political equivalent.

Trump Adoration Syndrome.

almost. he lost the election 306-232 - Landslide. Blowout. Historic.

but if they add 3 more charges in a superceding indictment, or if they indict him on 3 charges for the trump organization fraud scheme, then he'd be at 332.

no other president knows getting indicted like donald trump. not even obama!

we'll have to wait and see though. are they really going to go after him on 251 charges? man this trial might take a while. i'm a little skeptical of it. we'll have to wait for the actual indictment to come out to see what the grand jury chooses to go with.
Not sure what they’ll end up charging. But reports are that the judge has told people to get some dinner because they’re still interviewing witnesses, and it’s almost 6pm there. So we probably won’t be waiting long to find out.

what are they throwing some kind of an indictment party?

they are way ahead of schedule and they are meeting again tomorrow anyways so i dont know what the rush is.

Did you guys see this?
Apparently a GA court website briefly listed a document detailing charges against Trump, dated today, and then removed it without explanation.

The two-page document cites the "Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act," "Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer," "Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings" and "Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree," among other charges listed.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/u-state-georgia-appears-set-165758928.html
"Forgery in the first degree is punishable by one to 15 years' imprisonment."

Please note, the minimum sentence is one year in prison. Anyone who thinks this bitch isn't going to jail for even one day should make such a post inviting me to the Bet Thread.

I quoted all of these together, because they are all responding to the same post of mine.

(1) Vivek already offered his legal services. His are superior to mine and I shared his response.
(2) Shit Post - Meh
(3) Shit Post and some bigotry
(4) The Due Process violation is having charges before the Grand Jury completed their job. That's persecution, not prosecution and not how it's done in America.

ask him, dummy

He's currently tied up in multiple lawsuits, something tells me he's kinda busy.

But if you can falsify every other claim against him, you can tell me why he wasn't lying when he called Fani Willis a racist. Should be easy, champ.

@Whippy McGee is Fani Willis a racist yes or no? Or are you too scared to call out the DA?

I think they have 7 witnesses and they probably wanted to get them all done today. They were still interviewing witness 5 at around 5pm. Tomorrow they’ll spend the day leaking indictments and playing pickle ball.

The RICO charges are going to be the big problem. In GA our RICO laws lean very heavily in favor of the prosecution. We also have already used RICO charges to put politicians in jail when they didn't want to leave office after losing an election.

The part I most want see the details of is the Coffey County election supervisor who gave Trump attorneys unsupervised time with the county election machines (which they later admitted to be able to access) but then lied to the FBI about everything. Turns out her office at a camera. My guess is that she is going to sing like a bird once she she's the charges she faces.

I am gonna take a guess that it involves earlier complaints ITT about why the WI AG hasn't charged any of the parties in the fake elector scheme in that state. I'd also say the leak of the proposed indictment is someone thinking they're doing someone a favor but I cannot say whom.

Fulton County just screwed the pooch.

Cliff Note: They filed the charges before the Grand Jury finished. That's a Due Process Constitutional Rights' violation.

They didn’t file the charges. They leaked the charges in front of the GJ.

but how sad for people hoping that he gets off on a technicality instead of pursuing justice.

no beef with you strych but this subforum needed balancing yesterday. needs 2-3 right leaning mods that post regularly, minimum. how many more chud mods can the WR take, it's filled with you mf'ers :D

Unless I see something that goes afoul of the forum rules, or my text is just plain white? I'm just another poster and I will defend my position.

I'm your War Room Peace Addict. :)

The Fulton County Superior Court said in a statement that a document Reuters reported had been posted to the court website earlier Monday showing possible Donald Trump charges is not official.

“There have been no documents filed today regarding” the grand jury hearing the Trump election subversion case, the Fulton County Superior Court clerk’s office said in the statement. “Documents that do not bear an official case number, filing date, and the name of The Clerk of Courts, in concert, are not considered official filings and should not be treated as such,” the statement added.

The statement from the court also called the two-page document a “fictitious document.” The court hasn’t said that the document ever appeared on its website, as Reuters reported.

The irony is that Duncan is a hardcore Trump supporter.
