More interesting he is wanted by the Mexican authorities for cartel related crimes and will be extradited to Mexican custody to face those charges.

You're literally cheering the administration admitting they don't have a case, after all of the bullshit they talked about him being an "MS-13 leader". So now, after illegally sending him to a gulag in El Salvador, they're going to ratchet up the cruelty even more and drop him off on a continent he's never been to.

If this is something that you approve of, you need serious psychological help.

This single judge just doesn’t consider him a flight risk or a danger based on their opinion. It says nothing of the “case” against him which is smuggling of other illegals. Nobody seems to be arguing the evidence that he engaged in that..which is a federal crime..isn’t overwhelming. Not even this judge.

The flight risk part will be put to the test on Monday. I doubt the judge will admit they were wrong if he bolts.
