Most mom's are so brain-damaged nowadays. They sit around watching Ellen and Rosie when she was on and guy on CNN and are unhappy with their lives and wish they could throw off the yolk of their male oppressors and the oppression of motherhood. I've seen it so often it hurts. I have a friend who's mother-in-law has been pushing the idea on his wife and he that their only biological daughter is gay - since she was about 5 years old. Of course the mother-in-law is this hoidy toidy rich socialite with crap for brains. I've met this girl she's just an inpressionable girl kid. And the dad (my friend) is this weak-kneed, low-self-esteemed guy who's trying to live vicariously through her by getting her into traditional contact guy sports etc. She's about 9 now and she's being steered by popular, mainstream, destructive culture which has no brains.

if it was, that means the parents should have known that there was only going to be a combined 6.4% chance that she would have became a either transexual or a transvestite. and they still decided to put on the birth certificate that it's a girl, raise the kid as a girl, and go ahead and use hormone blockers?

I have to pretty much agree with this, but before I say much more, I have to say I really don't know near enough about the medical condition to really say it's false. It just really seems unlikely that an 11yr old knows they are transgender. It's even more shocking they have been sure of this for several years. If someone could show me the medical evidence to why this is, I'd completely turn 180 degrees.

Now, this identifying as a male or a female thing. Well, what exactly are male or female behaviors? Like you mentioned in your post, much of society thinks that playing sports is a male behavior. Well, that's just bullshit. That's just a stupid stereotype, and it's a damn shame that a mother would believe her daughter is gay for playing sports. The same could go for a boy that prefers playing with dolls and shit. That doesn't meant they are gay or transgender. It literally just means they like playing with dolls. It's really sad that people look into shit with social stereotypes influencing them so much.
 
i'm legitimately angry right now. instead of people calling them out for being horrible parents, they get put on TV so they can be praised for being so open-minded and for being proactive about the kids situation by be understanding and raising her as a girl right from the beginning
 
I have a solution:

The family moves to Hawaii and raises their son/daughter as a Mahu. Problem solved.

Maybe it's time Barbara "bag of bones" Walters uses her position to actually voice some logic to the brain-dead masses before she's officially dead. Why do people still seek the favor of popular opinion when they're nearly dead? Because they made a habit of ignoring their consciences and justifying bad behaviour.

This may sound completely bizarre to those of you who've never lived in Hawaii or another Polynesian culture, but in some places this is not uncommon. It's not the type of thing that is published in tourist brochures, but for instance...
In Hawaii:
-many Hula instructors are Mahu (transvestite/transgender)
-many families with large amounts of children raise one boy as a girl (no shit)
-high schools allow transgender (boys) to play on girls sports teams

Believe it or not, once kids are identified as Mahu, they are more or less accepted by others as being that way. They usually hang out with each other (I mean Mahu's with Mahu's), or the Mahu's hang out with the girls. Generally they are not tormented like gays are here on the mainland and even as adults they are accepted.
