Social Toy Collectors Thread

Saw Amazon had Marvel Legends Thing for $14.99 briefly then back up to $19.99. Now at $13+. Might need to order that.

They also have some Smart Hulk BAF characters like half price or less. I'm itching to assemble another big BAF.

I've been checking out some Daredevil figures, the Shadowland figures seem pretty cool

I been feeling really depressed as of late and think im going to hit the ebay and do some gi joe shopping . not this 6 inch nonsense but the classic guys from the 80s and 90s. Anyone got any suggestions or ideas . Im thinking maybe alpine and maybe a snow serpent. Maybe ol dude who came with the morter tube m60 and snowshoes but im blankin on his name .... is that sub zero maybe .....

Over 6ft. It has 3 extensions on it. I love it. Feel like a imperial guard but more powerful.
 
Also do any of you know of a site or a guy that builds customs ? When they did mortal kombat kung lao didnt get a figure but ive always wanted one and also ghost like modern warfare 2 maybe made out of beachhead but i dont have the warhammer painting skills to make it a reality.
 
my brother is a crazy 80s toy collector and model painter guy, i should see if i can get some pics of his office and collection.

I'm guessing those will be super loose like a limp noodle.

Do you have the Fortnite Havoc 4"? The one that looks like Firefly.

I think Anthony's Customs on Youtube makes and sells custom heads for Marvel Legends.

Snow Serpent was awesome. How about Tunnel Rat? Always liked him.
 
Opened my first Wolverine action figure since the original Secret Wars 5POA. I've been itching to buy the Marvel Legends 80th anniversary 1st appearance Wolverine & Hulk 2 pack for the blue that's closer to John Byrne Wolverine blue, and had to see the love triangle 3 pack's dark blue if it's as bad as I thought. He looks really tanned or like half dead zombie skin color. Both regular claw hands have screwy bent middle claw. No regular fist hands or open hands. I'm hoping they release another Wolverine closer to the Giant Sized X-Men colors and cowl.

If you get the 80th anniversary set, try to get a look at the paint work on Wolverine's eyes before you buy. Mine has googly eyes with the pupils looking in opposite directions. Unfortunately, pretty much all of the Legends Wolverines have wonky metal claws that never look quite right. The X-Force Wolverine had new claws that actually looked really good, but they haven't used those in other figures yet. The bone claws in the 3 pack look way better too.

You can always buy a set of custom claws too. I haven't bought these, but they look leagues better than what's included in most of his figures.

I think there might be a new 1/144 HG Zeta Gundam 0088 coming with color separation molded parts instead of red stickers. Not sure if Singapore's P-Bandai already had it.

I'm using some Lego Technic parts as "braces" to hold the Wolverine claws into a normal straighter shape. I had them overnight without applying heat first and was ok, but didn't think to try making them line up right.
