Hasbro G.I. Joe livestream this Fri 11am ET. It's about time! So much demand for G.I. Joe and so little supply, little new product reveals. Seems like they are totally mismanaging the opportunity.

No problems finding the tiny metal miniature figures for board game pieces, but figures 6" or 3.75" or vehicles gone fast. Never saw the tiny Jada metal vehicles, but would pass anyways.

I did see people saying Target exclusive Marvel Legends Retro Rogue and Gambit were limited to one per customer but still sold out before I even knew they went up for pre-order. I kinda want to buy the redo Gambit and didn't open the Caliban BAF wave one.

Probably not going to pursue the Black Series Captain Cardinal or Pyre at $29 each since I'll likely buy whatever variety of Mando character that comes out.

Opened my Black Series Gaming Greats Jango Fett. The articulation does seem off. Afraid of breaking the stupid tubes connecting his upper arms to lower arms. The jetpack has one rocket nozzle badly bent crooked. This should make me lean towards not trying to buy Mando Super Commando which uses most of the same parts.

I hope any future Mando characters will use some new tooling from the upcoming ROTJ Boba Fett.

any recommendations on selling action figures to an online buyer? who is trustworthy to ship them to and not get ripped off with lower prices once they have them?

I'm curious if on eBay you can pick and choose which buyers to sell to by rejecting some who might be shady and claim damage and try to keep without paying.

Today's Hasbro G.I. Joe reveals:

non-Target exclusive Flint & Lady Jaye
Retro Duke, Cobra Commander, Lady Jaye

EDIT: pre-orders already up on Amazon and Walmart.

Thank goodness they didn't F up Flint and give him gold shinpads. The head sculpt looks great and looks like Patrick Swayze Dalton from Road House. Lady Jaye has alternate hair and cap with hair just like Lego minifigures. Flint's gotta be one of the best 6" G.I. Joe so far alongside Cobra Trooper and Beachhead, Baroness. Before the reveal, I was thinking I'd skip Flint, but the sculpt is too well done. Never had original 3.75" Flint, but had Falcon who looks similar.

Retro Duke has like angry bath salts zombie face. Cobra Commander could have been more royal blue and don't care for the thicker red pants line. Lady Jaye made me think TMNT April O'Neill.

For Retro wishlist, I need what they refer to as Ultimate Storm Shadow closer to first appearance sleeveless, as well as something like the cool movie Firefly, Quick Kick, Beachhead, Cobra Trooper.

6" Lady Jaye's pinless elbows and knees don't look bad. The face looks like Arrow's Diggle's wife. They seem to be spending money on new tooling. I'm curious what other characters they make with the Flint and LJ parts. Flint looks way better than Duke like he should be first in command. I saw last night on Amazon Flint was #1 in the hourly updated best seller toys.

Looking forward to the Retro Cobra Commander even after seeing someone post they used crotch pieces for him and Duke that don't allow sitting.

Disney+ 616 documentary series has one episode on action figures from Toybiz, Hasbro, Funko. I would have preferred the whole thing was on Hasbro. The Toybiz artist woman's technical art was good and the Toybiz figures ended up looking pretty bad.

These subsequent Mando Mondays seem a bit stingy with just a few things like today's TVC Greef Karga and The Child with pram and maybe Target selling carbonized 1st appearance Mando Black Series again. I was so eager to see what the pre-orders were, I unintentionally woke up around 3am to pee and went online and didn't see any reveals yet.

I now have on pre-order Baby Yoda w/pram and Baby Yoda w/camtono. Really curious how tiny he will be considering he should be maybe about half the height of a TVC scale boot. If they make another one with "gimme cookie" hand, I might end up ordering that too.

Seems like Amazon and Walmart sold out of 6" Flint and 3.75" Cobra Commander respectively.

I dont collect anything. I have a six month rule - if I don't use something in 6 months in goes in the trash. I've thrown away a $3400 omega watch when cell phones came out and tons of other shit. Collecting is for women folk I'm into utility.

McFarlane doesn't seem to care about saving money via re-using parts. Will he be able to sell enough of those obscure characters to recover his tooling costs? Or sell enough of the popular characters to cover the unwanted ones?

No antivirus flags from those redone pics.

Saw a website post Hasbro Marvel Legends livestream Fri 12/4 11am ET. I don't mind the frequency of these, but I hope they reveal some good stuff to make it worth waking up early to watch. I never could pre-order even one Hand Ninja.

Saw Amazon had the $149 Snake Eyes big scale for pre-order. Also saw some of the earliest Dragon Stars waves sold by shipped by Amazon where I wasn't paying attention when they originally released.

I was just thinking today, received Black Series Mando Loyalist from Walmart.com, but pretty much barely ever saw any of the Walmart exclusive Star Wars Black Series or G.I. Joe Retro in store. If not online, I'd never know they even existed.

Is there anything at a good price today or tomorrow?

I saw Amazon had Hot Wheels id white Nissan GTR35 for $3.49 vs. regular price $6.99, but I already have a basic mainline white one. I suspect this line will end since they keep making crap fictional cars no one wants to buy especially at $7 each. It's not as if the related RFID video game is a good racing game. If it was Gran Turismo and buying the Hot Wheels car would unlock the car in the video game, I'd be buying more for sure instead of in-game grinding.

I opened my G.I. Joe Retro H.I.S.S. Tank driver and looks much better in person than in online pics. Looks like maybe the vest with Cobra logo is a separate piece. I'm curious what it looks like underneath. It is taller than original G.I. Joe 3.75".

I finally watched Into The Spiderverse DVD from a previous Black Friday and I would buy a normal Spider-Man from that movie even though I have recent Retro Vintage Spider-Man.

Trying to replace my recently dug up original v1 G.I. Joe Gung Ho's rusted back screw. It's like you need a secret password to some ancient secret society in order to find out the size of the proper replacement screw. The rusty head is stripped, so need to try to drill it into a flat head screw head. I don't think they make screw extraction drillbits that small.

The Falcon screw looks like maybe M2 and maybe 6 mm of thread that seems too spaced apart to be a normal machine screw.

I wish Hasbro used some good quality stainless steel screws or aluminum screws... and something better than shitty Phillips head.

For the next 23 hrs or so, Amazon.com has Star Wars Black Series most of the Rebels crew on nice discount:

Hera, Kanan, Chopper $13.99 each
Zeb also discounted

Mick Jagger Bespin Luke also good price, but doesn't look quite right. Maybe lack of shoulder butterfly joints and face.

I grabbed the 2 Target Exclusive Spidey today.i hate Target and thier Exclusive shit.
