Tom Aspinall Shares his InBody Scan Report Results

Why does someone need to be on drugs to achieve a fairly standard body fat percentage
basically noone is 10% bf at 250 lbs naturally. it would be rather significant for someone training as an athlete for ten years at 15-20 to all of a sudden be near 10, thats all.

He actually looks leaner in that pic than I'm used to, I could even believe he breaks the 20% barrier there like 18-19% or something. Or maybe it's just the sideways angle that is creating an unrealistic idea of how lean he was.

I'm used to him looking like this so at least 20-25%.

Tom claiming 11% is almost as absurd as Moneyberg saying he's 10%. Jailton Almeida is probably closer to that bodyfat level....

For the record I don't think it matters at all, it's not like there's some huge performance advantage at HW that would come from dropping from 20% to 10...
He always looked more like 16-20% to me. 25 seems high.

Hilarious that Tom fights so infrequently that people have resorted to discussing his body composition scans. Next maybe he can post a fecal matter test and Sherdog can analyze his diet.

People could say literally anything positive about Tom Aspinall right now, and the MMA fanbase would believe it no matter how absurd.

Yeah this is the weird arc that champs go on, remember back when people would say that GSP mopped the floor with Rashad, Jones doesn't even train whatsoever, Khabib hangs with DC, etc....

Extra mass generally translates to more power, fat helps absorb strikes, and caloric restriction can cause issues with energy, digestion, mood, and concentration.

Aside from aesthetics and being able to brag about a dexa scan, I don’t see why he wants to be so lean.

I don’t think carrying an extra couple lbs of fat would have any negative impact on his performance.
The guy knocks everyone out in the first round probably has enough power.

And one of Tom's biggest assets is his movement and speed as a HW

Getting fat compromises that

Jones fans are even salty about something as ridiculous as Tom's inbody scan now

It's tragic stuff

Tom has ruined MMA for the Jonesers

Is it because Jon is a skinny fat mass at HW despite supposedly taking years off to bulk?

You want to know what I’m even more salty about? The amount of title defenses he has.

An extra 5 lbs of fat on a 260 lb guy is not going to compromise his speed

I personally think Tom has what it takes to win Mr. Olympia this year. We’ve never seen an athlete like him before in human history.
Tom still terrorising your every waking moment eh

Don't worry, cuddle your Jones poster and go back to sleep

Doesn't he compete around 250 and people are discussing him maximising the weight limit so an extra 15 lbs

Also, is 5lbs going to benefit him to any appreciable degree either

I think the initial proposition was ridiculous, that he should chase extra body fat for performance and stand by that

It is strange how much the guy torments you and the others like on here

All because he made Jones retire in fear of fighting him

Maybe if he was undefeated. But we’ve seen him on the canvas before. He’s given up before. And the referee has had to pull his opponent off of him before to save his life. So I’m good.

Your replies never seem to make any logical sense to what your are replying to

I’m sorry, how many does he have?
Which is why it's weird he torments your mind and soul so much

But, there's a good chance he'll soon have the UFC HW record for that
