The image clearly shows previous measurements of 12.4% and 13.1%, and his weight hasn't changed much. Aspinall was never carrying as much fat as you think.Haven't seen him with 11% yet.
Usually he looks more around 15+%.
more than half of his body is pure muscle.115.7 kg with 59 kg of muscle mass and only 11.2% body fat (with margin of error). Absolute unit.

He'd still rape all you turds calling him "fat".
LMFAO
Aspinall is definitely not 11%.
Haven't seen him with 11% yet.

Because he's not. Those dexa scan are not super accurate at gauging bodyfat. I've never seen Tom with visible abs, he's closer to the 15% range, which is still quite good for a HW.
Nope. BMI 30= obese.![]()
15% is being very generous....
That's so odd that they track both BMI and body fat percentage. I thought BMI's only value was that it was a tolerable approximation of the average person's body fat. If you're not using it for that, what's the point?
That's a very good and normal body fat percentage for a high-level athlete that isn't cutting weight. What’s the benefit of being at that low of body fat when he’s not even hitting 265lbs?
Probably, guess I'm grading Tom on the curve of obese heavyweights. I'm not an expert at eyeballing bodyfat % but he has looked leaner in his recent fights.
What would you gauge he is here

Tom was 251 lbs there.
"Almost as"Tom claiming 11% is almost as absurd as Moneyberg saying he's 10%. Jailton Almeida is probably closer to that bodyfat level....
You with a little less fighting skill.he is literally me
It's probably just a measure that is automatically one of the things that is calculated, not anything they specifically selected. Obviously, it's not very relevant for athletes. That's so odd that they track both BMI and body fat percentage. I thought BMI's only value was that it was a tolerable approximation of the average person's body fat. If you're not using it for that, what's the point?
