Chandler/Conor--no titles at play, just Chandler waiting and hoping for a big payday.

Aspinall/Jones--HW champ and interim champ. Interim champ ready to unify and HW champ not willing to sign. Conor had zero pressure to commit to anything. Jones will be forced to decide: vacate or fight Aspinall. And Aspinall has stated he doesn't care about Jones, just wants the undisputed title. So he's not waiting for a fight with Jones. He's waiting to claim the undisputed belt.

i agree he deserves to fight for the real belt.

however its far beyond pointing out the ufc nonsense.

its been months chasing the dream, now he just looks desperate like chandler.

its on the ufc to make something happen, not on tom, not on jon.

its sports entertainment, money is the biggest motivator.

if dana thinks jon is done, he will strip him.

Jon has belt + Tom has interim belt = they need to fight. It's clear to anyone that isn't being a Jones fanboy that he is the one holding this fight up. Do I think Jones is afraid? Not really, but this clearly isn't on Tom.

No sensible fan would disagree that Jones needs to either unify against Tom, retire, or vacate. There is no other reasonable outcome.
