Today's T-Nation Article...

Yeah but come on that ain't much of choice there.

That's not too much of an exageration of the supposed benefits of starving yourself for your entire life like the caloric restriction guys do. I was reading one article on it, and they like to see you weigh about 10%-25% less than your ideal BMI weight. So we're talking like 140 pounds for a 6' guy.

Fuck that jazz then.

Ugh, that's no way to live ones life, nor is the guy who eats 10k calories a day and always feels like he's going to puke.

I wonder if eating more calories whilst working out counter acts the effects?

(EZine) we'll see how much it effects the human body under controlled conditions in a few years.

On the subject of the article. I find that short daily lifting sessions carry over more towards overall, dare I say, 'functional' strength more.

How about the best of both worlds? Eat hella foods in your teens and 20's. Lower the amount in your 30's. Lower it even more in your 40's, and so on.

That dude sounded like he was drugged. Looks like he has scurvy too.

Heavy whipping cream and olive oil?

It would have to be something along those lines. Dave Tate's food journal had the benefits of modern processed foods to pull it off, and it was still gut busting volumes of food. I try and eat 3500-4000 calories a day, and if I get lazy and don't prepare enough food ahead of time it gets hard to hit those numbers.

I figured out that I could cover my calorie intake by drinking a liter of cream (38% fat) a day... just saying...

I wish I was a hard gainer so I could eat whatever the fuck I wanted all day long. That would be the life.

What a great way to spend 90 years, counting the calories in a pair of blueberries...

Im sensing a sudden chase of cannibalism by the dude.
One beutyful morning when the skeletina has eaten the last proccoli stalk the neighbors will see the guy dusting of his long lost forman grill on the lawn.

Great vid.

She has bigger traps than him. He needs to work on his DL while she prepares the sweet potatoes.

Wouldn't be too bad, except she is 37 and he is 42 :icon_surp

Seriously? I was guessing late 50s or early 60s... They look older than my parents.
