Rewatched Thunderbolts. I watched it with four friends this time around. They're casual-ish about the MCU and not very enthusiastic about it after Endgame but I convinced them to check it out. They really liked Thunderbolts and are now curious or excited about what's next.

As for my second viewing, I loved it even more. I'm bumping my rating from 8 to an 8.5/10 or maybe 9. I'm still astonished how good and tight the script was, how well the pacing was, how great the action was, how incredible the acting was and how emotional the film was. I can also appreciate the choreography of the 4-way fight scene at the Vault even more. Always loved Son Lux's score but I've learned to appreciate the fantastic music in other parts of the movie as well. The only glaring thing I caught watching it the second time was that I now noticed the two shadowy figure on the wall in the opening scene in the Malaysian lab.

I know some of you are very picky on what movies to spend your money on. You guys should consider watching this at the cinemas, it's that good. So full. So filled. Don't wait for streaming or digital. Thunderbolts is meant to be seen in a large screen. If you want to re-experience that special Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) magic, this is it.

- I hope you put some good rates on Super-Man or you will get slayed.
I suspect Disney pays you!

- Sebastian Shaw was great as Winter Soldier, even in Falcuck, so was Kurt Russel kid. Is good to see they get redemption of that deplorable show.
Yeah, Bucky was great in Thunderbolts. Although he isn't the lead in here, they gave him a lot of good stuff to work with.

In the original script, Bucky's role was very minimal. He only joined the team at the end. But thanks to rewrites from Joanna Calo (The Bear), they beefed up his role and was a key player throughout.

I'm also very looking forward to James Gunn's Superman. If you've been following the Superman thread, I've been vocally excited about the movie and the start of the new DCU.

Been hearing this movie isn't making great money. God damn that's depressing. :(( Hopefully no other movies are getting released this weekend so that will narrow it down for more people to go see Thunderbolts.

Did they make US Agent into a fool? I really hated his take in the TV show

US Agent is more dick-ish and funnier in here than in the limited series. But the good news is that everybody who like the movie are now fans of John Walker. It might not be the John Walker you are hoping for (seeing as how you are a stickler for the source materials) but he is now a fan-favorite to many fans and non-fans after seeing the movie.

Thunderbolts*/The New Avengers director Jake Schreier being eyed to helm the X-Men movie. Loved Thunderbolts*, so it's a thumbs up for me.

They've released an edited clip of the limo chase scene. The actual scene and the score they used in the movie is way better.

Here's the badass score the movie actually used:
