Balls. Still some good came out of it. I moved my grip out and it instantly felt better, but I'll need practice. The turnover feels different. I imagine it'll get better.

Squat
sucked.


This week is going to bite. The fridge is practically bone dry and I'm barely able to eat. Anyways my legs felt dead after I got to 90 on my cleans. I wasn't surprised I failed 160 2x4 when I got to squatting. When I'm able to eat properly I'll kill it.

sucked again. I did 140 2x3 and a single with 160 but I'm failing hard. A surplus of food would help, greatly.

I only felt strong snatching today, But at least something did.

FUuu. Timing is still a bit funky. I'm still pulling the bar a bit higher than needed, but It's getting better. bar is staying closer, I'm not hopping forward. CLeaning has become rewarding and frustrating all at once.


Still not eating well. I haven't even hit one thousand calories yet. This is getting hard.

Clean worked up to 110 for five singles. The rack felt fine, Good actually but I was sore. I was supposed to do 106 for ten singles but I couldn't. Probably gonna go to a used weights store tomorrow and look for some 2.5s.

On the bright side, If I can just somehow make 97 or 98 a training weight within a session or two 100 could be a working weight. Everything is there I just can't make that 5 kg jump yet. Until I can get to 97 I'll just destroy 95. I guess. Surprising that 5 kg can make standing so difficult.

did you get coaching for your olympic lifts or just do them on your own? i have a 520 deadlift , 405 squat yet I can only power clean like 205 or some shit
 
It is. That should never be the case. Get your squat numbers up, son.

I'm hoping it was a fluke. I've stood with 100 before, maybe it was just fatigue. Either way, I should try and squat more.

Just coaching online. Before I got any help I powercleaned 225 and powersnatched 175. At that time my numbers weren't special, I had a 370 something deadlift and an unknown squat. I was just able to get lighter weight moving fast, even without efficient technique. But if you're looking to improve your powerclean I'd take some form checks and make it a priority.
