Anyways, I smoked 120 the first time. It was ridiculous. Afterwards I just sucked. I noticed some problems and I'll get to fixing them*. I can't say I'm mad. Disappointed ? Yeah. But I can't be mad. There's some room for some progress and I imagine I'll be able to smash big weight.


*Still over pulling, but I'm getting under the bar. It crashes and obviously I'll fail 9 out of 10.

I'm also hopping backwards now. It never never changes, eh ? Fix one thing and fifty new problems pop up.

That'll teach you for Olympic lifting. What are you trying to prove, developing technique, speed, power and strength? You greedy bastard, just pick one. I think you should just do squats and presses from now on. Maybe some upper back work to balance things out.
