the deadlifts were incredibly fast off the floor. i wonder how much i could have pulled with a proper warm up.i kinda gave because my callous was ripping off and i had a long day planned.

just to be a braggart i think i am developing a "yoke".

my pressing has been trouble free until the last 2 to 3 reps in the last 3 sets. i do however feel stronger press wise. 155 felt like 135 did in the beginning of the week.

i need to start doing curlz more, my gunz deserve it.

Many years ago I helped to make an awesome dish for a big lunch. We took huge baking trays, and lined the bottom with fried bread. We then added a layer of uncooked eggs so the bread was completely covered a few inches thick- must have been 20-30 eggs per tray. I guess we cooked them in the oven for a little while, then poured over a layer of something like a tomato sauce for a pasta. It kept the layering, so you had a layer of bread, something a little like a layer of poached eggs, then the sauce. I had about 3-4 servings in one sitting, which contained about 18 eggs. It was heaven.

Something about your breakfast reminded me of the dish.

SMOLOV FUCKING HELL. mosquitoes are biting like mofos, so i closed my garage door. it became a sauna.. but the lifting made it pure hell.

4 x9 156 lb overhead press. i didn't warm up properly so sets 1-3 were horrible. although on set 4 i was pretty much push pressing the weight minus leg drive.

i am pretty happy with this. while the numbers may be low it's been a long time since i have done front squats.

the regular.i wanted to see what the end result would be. considering how 156 just felt today it seems to be working wonderfully. although i am taking at the least a 3 day rest period between weeks. that's the only major difference.

from what i've read smolov helps the DL as well. although grip may be an issue. i doubt that though, it hasn't been too long.

na, been working for a moving company for 9 years, grip shouldnt be an issue for a while, even my 465lb felt like my grip could have handled another 100 pounds
