definatly need to get your hips lower, almost straight legging a few of those
 
thing that helped me alot was do it the way rippetoe says to set up, get your feet in position, then bend at the waist and grab the bar with your legs straight, then bend at your knees untill your ass gets low enough, shoulders back, head up

true i think the first one actually was a straight legged..that's actually my normal pull stance. so i pulled 405 like that, scary looking back on that.

there you go, im not much of an expert, i just play one on tv

but if i was giving you advice.....you are pushing with your knees to the point that your hips are going straight up, just need to concentrate on moving your hips forward towards the bar

lol yeah i did the same thing, its a good vid, simple cues.

i have the same problem you do a little bit, my hips dont quite get low enough, and my lower back is straight but my upper/mid back rounds a little, still working on it

well hopefully when our form gets better so will the lift. this is admittedly quite a kick in the ass.




shit press right here. i think i may have gotten a smidge of leg drive. i didn't feel it at all though at the time.

agreed, i went for a while thinking my form was awesome until i had my friend film it, then i dropped the weight a little to work on it slowly, its hard to break habits like that

this is mine:
as you can see it rounds right about halfway up my back, little below my shoulder blades, so im trying to work on that and not letting my hips move up too early

saturday i am going to try 200. my arms won't feel like jello then. so i may be able to get it.

i got mad so i squatted. the only thing notable is well..

i hit a PR. specifically a 385 lb zercher squat. video to come shortly. i failed the first attempt so it was a challenge the second go around.
