definatly need to get your hips lower, almost straight legging a few of those
thing that helped me alot was do it the way rippetoe says to set up, get your feet in position, then bend at the waist and grab the bar with your legs straight, then bend at your knees untill your ass gets low enough, shoulders back, head up

i have the same problem you do a little bit, my hips dont quite get low enough, and my lower back is straight but my upper/mid back rounds a little, still working on it
well hopefully when our form gets better so will the lift. this is admittedly quite a kick in the ass.
