Sounds like he's going to declare a national emergency and sign the deal. And his loyal servant Mitch is going along with it. Gonna be hilarious listening to him try to justify this shit.
Crossings are down
After we built fencing
But a wall won’t bring it down even though it did before
El chapo had tunnels
Every Mexican has 40 billion laying Around so they won’t work

Declaring a national emergency where there is no national emergency (at all) is horrible precedent.

Are you really surprised? This is just another on a long list of them for this administration.

Nothing surprises me anymore about this administration. I have this guy I work with who is constantly coming up to me saying, can you believe what Trump did and I basically shut him down at this point because the answer is always YES... Yes, I can believe it. No matter what it is I believe it.

So Trump wants to have the government involved in dozens of lawsuits regarding eminent domain? Not to mention the lawsuits that will come from the left and possibly the border states as well. All this to fulfill a nonsensical campaign promise.

Not surprised. The administration is actually just perpetually picking fights. That's all they do well. They will get sued, and a LOT of Republicans, including McConnell up until today, have said calling this a national emergency is terrible precedent and a bad idea.

That he did nothing with for 2 years.

Sounds like national emergency declaration incoming. This asshole's got some really stupid advisers, FOX News included. If only someone stopped him from making that stupid Mexico's gonna pay for the wall schtick.

I'm guessing the court will slap this dumbshit down and ask where was the emergency when the R's had control of House & Senate.

Yea, McConnell flat out said he supported the national emergency declaration now. It will be interesting to see how he spins it considering his past words. Then again he sold his soul a long time ago so I'm sure it won't be a problem for him.

Ironically, she hid behind the wall separating her office from those only seeking answers to why their requests for meetings remain unanswered.

Americans whose loved ones have been killed by illegal aliens flooded into the office with questions as to why their many requests for meetings with the Speaker went unanswered. Front office staff had little to offer in the way of an answer and wouldn’t give an idea of when so much as an aide would be available to meet with the families.

Angel families arrive at Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office after press conference outside the Capitol Building (Michelle Moons/Breitbart News)

In before these isolated examples mean nothing and I'm racist.

Lol...Nancy Pelosi just said, not verbatim, "Republicans, keep in mind there will be future democrat presidents, parkland represents a national emergency"...

Wonder if this is worth the nonsense of a nonsense wall.

She also said she would never advocate avoiding Congress with manufactured crisis.

Hey now Dems can say climte change is a national emergency and push through whatever they want.

Actually quite a brilliant move.

Get as much from Congress as you can, and when they inevitably fall short, declare an emergency to make up for the gap.

This is the Man I voted for.

That's not what a "national emergency" declaration is supposed to be for. And it will more than likely be tied up in court for years. Yea "brilliant" all right.

What is brilliant about the move?

Good thing that's the opposite of what's happening.

There is a cartel war on the border, even though it has calmed a bit recently. Illegal immigration is a HUGE one, even though many are visa overstays. Fleeing criminals, MS13, drugs, guns, children, everything man.

It's absolutely disgusting that the left want to import illegals in order to change the demographics of a country. Totally treasonous.

An unsecured border that has several humanitarian crisis's and violence is a perfectly valid reason for any executive to declare a national emergency.
