Yeah he has great defensive grappling. But his complete lack of finishing ability limits him. Don't think he can threaten Islam enough on the feet and avoid the TDs forever.

Yikes. That’s quite the spicy take. I see that one judge gave Belal a round, but in reality it wasn’t even close. What fight did you watch, and what drugs were you on when you watched it?

Yes TS, he has really good TDD and defensive grappling. Hard to get ahold of and does the right things when his opponent locks up. His lack of finishing ability is his biggest liability. You don’t want to give someone like Islam 5 rounds to work with. Who knows? Maybe he’ll improve that part of his game, but he’ll never be a KO artist. Those oblique kicks against blahal were a nice addition. I don’t think we’ve seen his final form.

Eventually there'll be a kill or be kill type of fighter that'll just decide to take risks and KO Garry. Someone crazy like Jiri that'll just say "fuck it" and charge in since there's no real danger of a KO.

Islam will be too fast, accurate, and aggressive for him. He doesn’t have significant enough weaknesses for Garry to take advantage of. Especially since Garry has displayed now that he can’t finish a fight. Islam will bring the fight to him and he will wilt under the pressure.
