They had a FISA warrant for the wiretap, but it was a warrant acquired due to a dossier that was false and the product of his political opposition hiring a foreign spy to collect information from Russians. So...

Mueller was NEVER going to take the POTUS to court with charges due to DOJ policy.

You keep saying 'without POTUS going to court and being found guilty with Mueller's evidence that proves POTUS is vindicated'.

You cannot see the stupidity in your arguments as you are not bright enough to.

Mueller is basically a REFERRING Prosecutor in this case. he is not the guy who can or will bring charges against POTUS and therefore a LACK of charges against POTUS is not vindication.

What you get is the summary of his investigation with the intent those who can prosecute will review it and make a decision. SBJJ does not get to declare well Mueller did not make the call he was prevented from making so I can say that means Trump is cleared. That is for others to decide who get to review the Mueller findings and they will see clearly Mueller is not saying Trump is cleared.

It wasn't Barr's term. The congresswoman asked Barr if the federal government spied on the Trump campaign, as Trump himself alleged. Barr answered in the affirmative but said the spying might have been properly predicated.
