Watched the Hannibal season 2 finale the other night. Some good TV there i tell you!

No doubt. I loved the way they started the first episode with the fight between Hannibal and Jack, then went back thirteen weeks, so we get to see the lead up to it.

The fight itself was one of the best I've seen on TV. Hell, it shits all over a lot of Movie fight scenes.:cool:
 
Yeah i thought that watching it.

Can't wait for season 3.

A guy at my Gym was doing Kipping "Pull Ups" last week. One of the ugliest things I've seen in a Gym, and that's including fat chicks.:eek:

Yeah.... they can get wild.
Unfortunately when a competition has something ridiculous like 100 pull ups in the work out... there really is no quicker way than the butterfly. So, I just try to keep their shoulders strong and healthy.

It depends on your goals. If you just want to get your fat ass off the couch and "get into shape" (whatever that means) then Insanity is fine. If you are training for a more specific goal then yeah Insanity/p90x/RushFit/etc sucks.
 
P90x doesn't work?! What about all the jacked and tan dudes from their commercials?
 
On another note; what's the deal with bumper plates? You can only fit four 20kg plates per side with those huge black ones.
