Well we only have 3 pairs of 15's and 20's and 2 pairs of 25's as bumpers at the gym. Then some metal ones. My ego lifter of a cousin usually just takes all the 15kg plates to do bench or T-bar rows. The kicker is that he actually gets mad if someone else is using the said plate if he plans to use it.

Benching with bumpers is dick move. Unless the gym has only bumpers or it is your home gym, of course.
The most dead stop I've seen are with Eusaka and Werksan

I was thinking the same thing. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. At the first gym I trained at, they had a loads of older ones. 10 Hours of lifting all day, every day, and these twenty year old plates looked great.
