Dan it's honestly delicious, and a really cheap source of protein, plus easy to cook, so it ticks all the boxes for me.

No plans for a meet, I'm not anywhere near strong enough, and I just enjoy the training for training's sake, if that makes sense. I think the pressure of a meet looming would take some of the enjoyment out of my training.

Cheers, the reps are going up, I've not tried for a 1RM for quite some time though.

This is what I have found with 531. I can push weight I could barely squeeze out once for reps now, but in terms of overall 1RM strength? I have no idea!

Yeah, I'll probably wait until near the end of the year before testing. Will just get reps in in the meantime. I'm in no rush.
