Just a bar really, I brought a package and the bar was including. It's got quite high ratings in terms of weight on the bar. It's held up fine and I've had 230kg of plates on it. Just would like something a bit better.
 
Put my bench and squat stands together this morning, then had a squat session in the garden.

Thanks Nurse, I've managed to get 5kg on my SOHP 1RM so far this year, which I'm pretty pleased with so far.

The Pro Wrasslin was just a bit of silliness in the gym. Probably puts me in "gym idiot" category.
