My new template will be full body full boring from beyond 531. It's basically squats,bench and deadlift 3 times a week. You'll do your normally 531 sets once a week but then sets at certain percentages of your training max on different days.

Thanks AlVThom. So far, I really like it. I am not absolutely ruined at the end of each session as I used to be on BBB, and I like getting some heavier weight work in. Still early days, but I think it's going to be good.

Thanks Rik. I really need to get my arse in gear with squatting (along with all my other lifts of course). I'm liking the changes to my training, even though it's only 2 weeks in, but I'm pretty confident I can beat my squat PR within the next couple of months if all goes well.
