The MilkMan delivers

10k run done, took 1hr 8 minutes which is 15 minutes slower than my effort last year, but had to slow done a bit as the guy who asked me to do it with him was struggling from the 5k mark onwards.

Finished the run, got on the train and then had to run another 1.5 miles to get home, glad I'm not doing squats tomorrow.
 
I guess I didn't see that squat PR from a while back. Congrats, and on the 10k. I don't think I could finish a 10k right now. *sadface*

Thanks scoop, think this will mark the end of my running, my knees have been in considerable pain since, only just started to feel OK today. I have flat feet so running isn't really ideal for me. Need to catch up on Bench and Squat from last week so planning on doing both on Monday before my nightshift.

Thank you. I've not doing any formal training at a club since last year's fight fell through. I'm trying to save some money and spend as much of my free time with my son. Luckily the gym at work has a boxing ring and bags, so I do the odd bit of bagwork and padwork and occasionally some sparring with a colleague who is an amateur boxer.

Squats felt decent, knee has recovered from the 10k thankfully.

EDIT: Forgot to log, also did stretching, foam rolling and neck work.

I actually did this on the same day as O/H Press, but keeping it in this format for cosmetic reasons.

Not entirely happy with my form, but didn't film it so unable to check. May have suffered due to doing the O/H press beforehand, although not sure why.
 
Nice that you are +5`ing your 3`s. Makes for some good numbers when its getting heavier :)

Well thanks for the consideration, but that 10k will be my last. Good riddance to them I say!
