Jake's only problem in this feud is that Dana's always going to have ammo if the only fighters he calls out from the UFC are guys who are way older and smaller than he is, are still big PPV guys for the UFC. Even if Jake can claim that he tried to fight a "real" boxer, Dana can still say that he's scared to fight anyone his size and age, and just wants big stars because he can't sell PPVs on his own.

Dana cant win anyway he looks at. If he gets into the weeds like calling out the kids fighting pedigree with the youtuber -Paul will just downplay himself "Im just a young fat Youtuber B*Tch!!". Dana has built himself up as some kinda EndBoss of a video game -like after you beat Nganou you face the Big BoSsMAn. I think Dana actually started buying his own tough guy nonsense.

But now Dana also cant really afford to just ignore the kid as the topic has picked up a lot of steam and now you got another UFC titan Khabib stepping up to the mic on same point (albeit different interests). The UFC's fighters themselves are ALL going to have a rooting interest in not letting this noise get drowned out either as they want to get paid!! Never before could they take the risky step of voicing their outrage/need as your out there by yourself with your entire livelihood on the line -Dana will snuff you out as no ones got your back. This Kid however is not dependent of UFC money whatsoever an has just made it his pet Brat Project to Usurp Dana as UFC's head -and it just might work

You're really missing big points here. Paul draws probably no better than someone like Jon Jones on average. Paul is make 8 figures. Jones has to hope to make 7 figures. Jones is one of the best of all time, Paul is barely starting. See the problem.

In all honesty, Jake Paul drew more attention to fighter pay differences than any UFC who had been complaining for years. He laughs at Dana White because he knows he's not that good, yet has made more in his limited experience than most UFC fighters their entire careers.

You're really missing an even bigger point here. Jones doesn't draws anywhere near the same without the UFC in MMA. Thats why the UFC can do what they do. They as the promoter are bringing in more buys than if a fighter went with another promoter.

Largest non-UFC MMA PPV is still under 200,000 buys and they average probably around 100,000 buys at most. Thats with names on the card like Brock Lesnar, Fedor, Arlovski, Tim Sylvia, Shogun, Dan Henderson, Belfort, Wanderlei Silva...etc.

You want to really raise fighter pay? Someone else needs to figure out how to promote MMA and make serious money to bring in competition. Bellator still hasn't done shit on PPV for making money despite being with Showtime. Last time I check Jake Paul despite being on Showtime is ignoring the Bellator roster. He should start giving them some boxing paydays but he's giving UFC fighters the attention.
