After a ton of starts and stops, I cut out all refined sugar. I was looking at nutrition labels on a few items on my regular shopping list and they are now off the list.
My life has been a whirlwind of late, my apartment flooded for a second time, I’m half packed to move now, lots happening at work. I clearly stress eat and it’s always sugar.
