What's the BW at these days Aleks? I've been struggling to control mine as I've been working from home a lot, with easy access to the kitchen, need to reign it in.
My issue is travel. I’m basically home on the weekends now, so every meal is a restaurant and usually it’s fast food in the car.

I remember when you first broke into the 500s in the deads and squats. Your progress through the 400s as I recall it was fucking phenomenal!
