Random thoughts:

- bench press feels great. Looking to really push forward this year.

-I just ate a whole pie, it was great. I drank 1L of chocolate milk with it, equally good.

-the colleague that come close to grabbing junk the other week rubbed her ass against my groin because she "almost fell". Mmmmhmmm.

-coffee barista was in point today. Cute redhead.
