I had a 1 pound Angus bacon cheeseburger last night. It was glorious.
 
I had 1lb of ground beef as my before bed snack last night. This was after a dinner that was 3 chicken breasts and about 1L of Mediterranean yogurt.

- I have seen these days before, I don't know why it has you pyramid squats, I could have just done 5x5 and it would have been the same. But that set of 7, brutal. After doing no more than sets of 5 for months, usually no more than 3's, it sucked.
