Videos from rounds 2 & 3. Sloppy at times, (all the time) but head movement is getting better. My right hand sucks, and I throw too many lead left hooks. Chin pops up, and right hand drops a bit (a lot) on jabs.

He seemed to see your lead/outside hooks coming, but I think you couldve gotten the KO if you were justa bit more accurate on the overhand rights. That was sick, kept going right on top his left glove
 
I really liked the third round, you turned up the pressure and he couldn't answer that. Nice work!

Thanks. Ummm...No, I dont think its the same type of pivot. With my right cross (which sucks, so take it for what its worth), the pivot kind of aims forward. With the rear hand upper cut, I pivot but come my heel raises UP in the direction of the punch.

Is that what you're asking?

Been doing a whole lot of nothing. Averaging about 1 trip to the gym per week over the last 3 weeks. Laziness, I has it. Even worse, it hasnt been bothering me much.

Barbell Shrugs (225 LBS)

Pinch Grip Deadlifts
2 25 LB Plates x 3 Sets of 1

Stretch: 5min

Notes: I am weak.

You should have kept it. It was the only evidence you have that you squatted 365x1 a very long time ago.

Shit, you're right. I don't have video for it. That was about 2 1/2 years ago :eek:

This was my first lifting session in...about 18 months.

Main thing I noticed is that my hands/grip are weak.

Good workout.

Thanks. I have done that in the past as well, and just let the laziness work into "recovery time."
