Conditioning Day
Some C2 intervals:
1. 2000m: 1.5mins fast (<2mins/500m)/1 min slow (2.5mins-3mins/500m)- 9mins 45 secs
2. 2000m: 1.5mins fast (<2mins/500m)/1 min slow (2.5mins-3mins/500m)- 9mins 35 secs
A bit faster than last time, and got 2. At this speed, I get into a fourth sprint, but it is not a full minute. Short-term target is to get to the end of 2000m before it's time for the fourth sprint.
Oh, and me and my friend took the C2s out of the gym and did our rowing on the roof. Bright, sunny day, blue sky, very windy. Great environment for exercising.
