I feel really safe just looking at option b.

There was a suicide attack against a police station close to the Ministry of Finance and other ministries today. I was thinking that I could really use option B.
 
Conditioning Day

Some C2 intervals:

1. 2000m: 1.5mins fast (<2mins/500m)/1 min slow (2.5mins-3mins/500m)- 9mins 45 secs
2. 2000m: 1.5mins fast (<2mins/500m)/1 min slow (2.5mins-3mins/500m)- 9mins 35 secs

A bit faster than last time, and got 2. At this speed, I get into a fourth sprint, but it is not a full minute. Short-term target is to get to the end of 2000m before it's time for the fourth sprint.

Oh, and me and my friend took the C2s out of the gym and did our rowing on the roof. Bright, sunny day, blue sky, very windy. Great environment for exercising.

Do you mean 500m on the rower? If so, the answer to that is no. I either do 2000m for intervals or 5000m for LISS/LSD. I may give them a go some time, once my ability to reach and maintain a fast speed is a high.

Please feel free to steal the interval structure!

This is quite helpful, thanks, Miaou. However, it would be great if you could provide me with a few more points of reference, just to be 100% sure that I get it. Possibly some more Asian examples.

Personally I like thin. The girls I posted in your log were very thin, more than my taste. But the first one you posted here is perfect, IMO.
 
Missed yesterday's workout- out guesthouse is mid-move and the gym equipment had been taken away. So it's only going to be one workout this week- Tuesday or Wednesday.
 
Missed Monday's workout with the move. So I just thought I do a random one. Here it is

Squats: 20kgx5x5, 40kgx3,x3, 60kg x2, x2, 80kg x1,x1, 90kg x5, 95kg x5, 100kg x3
Press: 20kg x5, x5, 30kg x3, 40kg x5, 50kg x5
BOR: 20kg x5, 40kgx5, 60kg x5, 70kg x5, 70kg x5, 75kg x5

Actually felt really week today. Everything was pretty hard. Just need to get back into working our regularly. A few months on JauntyLifts/T3, I am sure I will start making some decent progress.

The guy I am teaching to lift figured out how to squat magically- he realized, without me telling him, that you need to use your hip flexors in order to get into the hole. Over the course of a few sets he managed to get to parallel, and started to recognize the feel of GMing.

Come to think of it, he started squatting properly right after I mentioned that there was such a thing as JauntyPoints.

they have that effect, the whole reason i started lifting is i heard a rumor they existed, and just the slight possibility that it was the truth drove me to lifts heavy things mindlessly
 
jaunty points gave me a 6 pack,chest hair and a tom selleck mustache. it also added 300 lbs to every lift it gave me 5 inches in the right area. it also somehow made me win the ufc light heavyweght title from JBJ.
