No it's not actually part of the business. Conor negotiates his salary for every fight. So did Ronda. And so did Silva.
If the UFC was required to renegotiate Stipe's deal it would be done but they're not obligated at all; just because they were willing to with Mcgregor and Rousey doesn't mean they are with Stipe. Stipe signed his own deal and he's locked in, you can be upset about it all you want but that's what HE signed. Not part of the business? Do you even have a clue? It IS the business.
