Bagwork Some bagwork from today

Im always amazed how kickboxers use zero legs for their punches whereas boxer, who cant kick, employ them greatly.

Sit down on your punches.

Personally, I like the outside bag. On a slope. In the dirt. Way different.

Takes me back when I was a kid. First memories of hitting a bag was a ratty old everlast wrapped in duct tape hanging off a tree it my friends yard.

Do some muay thai side kicks. I would probably use them in self defence. dont need a lot of warm up

Opinion on Tiger Muay Thai ? I def asume you prefered smaller or less famous gyms the whole "authentic Muay Thai" and get more attention from the trainers. I would love to drop in for a month in Tiger Muay Thai or even Buakaw Village. How long did you stay at a time. How was the long flight and timezone change upon arriving.

I never tried tiger muay thai. I have never been to Phuket or Pattaya. I already know that i wont enjoy those places.

The biggest and most tourist friendly gym i went to, was superpro at koh samui. I stayed there one month in 2014. I met Andrew Tate there. But that was before he was very famous.

My best gym was a very small one in chumphon. Called "Seaside Gym", and a semi big gym in Chiang Mai called chay yai gym.

From 2002 - 2014 i did one trip to Thailand more or less every year. A few times i had a almost two year gap between trip.

Most trips was one month long. But i also did a 3 month and a 4 month trip

Good times

Were any of those solo trips ?

First trip in 2002 was with childhood friend of mine. But after a month we split up. He wanted to go to some Island to party. I stayed the remaining two months alone in chumphon to train

All the other trips was with my girlfriend who i met in 2002.

We are still together today. With two kids

I heard that it's more of a commercialized foreigner friendly type gym and not really for hard core fighters. I don't know if that's true.
