Bagwork Some bagwork from today

Here a real video with a whole round and sounds. Yours are short and music layered. I did watch them all and am your fan. TBH I can´t make my own thread (yellow) and am posting my video in yours. I hope you still enjoy it and our little back and forth creates a good motivational spirit. OSS fellow combat enthusiast.

 


Summer finally came to northern Norway. So i am happy to get back to outdoor road work.

We also decided that we are going to Thailand later this summer. So i am am very happy

That´s snow ? What a beautiful forrest and mountain to run in. I miss this. Out the city into pure nature. Lungs full of clean air. Brain rested from stimulus.

Yeah there are still a few small spots of snow left

You nailed it. My right roundhouse always had the "death touch". Not sure why. But no other weapons or limbs comes even close.

And my left hook is my only punch thats somewhat okay. My boxing have never been that good. Luckily i have good timing and sense of distance. So that have somewhat made up for it.
