Maybe Strickland is right. But at the same time we got Sean over here beating up social media influencers
Is Sean a hypocrite?
Or is he just salty?
UPDATE: Khamzat responds!

This. It's comical how oblivious Sean is to his own hypocrisy.
His heart sucks? Did he not watch the Burns fight? They beg for it for clout. It's a business transaction and both profit.
Sean basically says what everybody knows:
Khamzat is great on the ground.
But just solid standing.
His cardio sucks. ( but TJ hooked him up now)
He is a gym bully, picks on newcomers.
His heart is questionable.
The russian/muslim Khamzat fanbase is pretty annoying lately.
Will get worse till the fight.
Hopefully DDP wins, his fans are less uneducated.
If Khamzat wins, this place will be overcrowded by 14 year old carpet weavers.
On the contrary, Khamzat is a really, really tough fight for Strickland.Styles make fights and Strickland is a really, really tough fight for Khamzat. He can probably get him in a bad position in the first round, but he's not going to just easily tap him. Strickland is a world class MMA adapted grappler and extremely hard to hold down.
Khamzat has something like 60% of the cardio Sean has. After the first round I don't see how Khamzat wins.
Also, Sean is a turd and annoying for talking this way in general.

That's why Strickland was so forcefully against the idea of fighting him, even though it was a "money fight".
He won't be able to pressure Khamzat standing upright with a jab and a teep, he would get taken down at will, and kept there.
Even on the feet, he would have a power disadvantage + having to worry about the takedown.
You're judging their cardio without looking at their energy expenditure, a common mistake.
And Usman wrestlefucked Strickland back in the days, that's why Usman took the gamble of Khamzat on short notice to earn a titleshot.Give me a list of world class opponents who to date have taken Strickland down and held him there:
Now imagine what Burns and Usman did in standup rounds with Khamzat. The due has laid egg after egg when fighting ranked opponents. He's very special in the first round, but then looks completely human after. Usman, on back to back losses, without a camp, got off the couch and fought him to a majority decision.
Strickland isn't getting tapped in the first round, its wildly unlikely. After Khamzat runs out of gas, then what?

Speaking of the Burns fight, we've never seen Strickland go 3 or 5 rounds fighting at a high intensity like that, swinging power shots from bell to bell for 3 rounds.
We have seen him have a similar output though for 3 or 5 rounds, but with 75-80% teeps and jabs.
Why would Khamzat gas after a round on top of Strickland?
He's not Abus, as much as you want him to be.
He's not a BJJ world champ either, so there would be nothing there to discourage Khamzat from just taking him down, as he used to do in training when Strickland outweighed him by 20+ lbs.
