Ticket sales has issues strictly because the UFC priced them ridiculous. UFC isn't cheap to see live. But they priced this like the NFL prices the Superbowl compared to every week games. What is normally a 250 to $300 ticket is $2000 ticket.

I don't think anyone should question O'Malley's drawing power over ticket sales to the Sphere. Conor's comeback might be the only person that could've sold it out. I think the UFC would have the same issues with any other fighter or combination of fighters, outside of just simply completely stacked wholly shit kind of card.

IMO I think people just dont buy the outlandishness. I know it seems weird to some but the hair and the weird shit he wears does not fit his personality at all. If it did, people wouldnt care and would love it. IMO the Chito fight and his response to it had alot to do with people dislike for him as well. He lost. He was kicked - the nerve went dead or whatever, and he took a nasty elbow that stopped the fight. The 'injury' obviously had something to do with it, but his reaction was awful. If he just woulda said it is what it is and 'we will see each other again' people would have liked that. He acted like a giant fucking baby about it and talked about it far too much. People dont like that shit. IMO him acting like his foot was broken or something after the fight got stopped also has something to do with it. It wasnt, it was just a peroneal nerve 'stinger' - and he's talked about it many many times since on camera about how his foot just went numb and he couldnt feel it. he was most likely walking around later that night.

And his cockiness makes him look like a dickhead. You can be cocky without being perceived as a dick head, so its not just because he's cocky. Being great at what you do doesnt mean you're going to be a superstar, or popular, or liked, etc. Why is that so hard for people to understand?
