i cant believe they didn't adjust they're tactics from there experience in Syria. And I guess this is what happens when the Defense minster is just a friend with zero military experience

Ukr does have the same breed of officers as russia does have + additionally had learned from West and Syrian stuff.
...we can't except uni level educated ppl act as cavemans.
The same soviet school + added western stuff.
The same HIMARS they are using exactly how soviets taught to use Grad, Uragan and Smerch.
The same core points: quickly take position, hit and run ASAP.....
