I'm not defending Russia here. But I definitely wouldnt enjoy having NATO in my borders. I'm from south america and I'm actually happy that Colombia decided to break its relationship with it and I'm scared shitless that Trump will decide to go after Maduro for this "combat narcoterrorists" BS he's slowly moving towards to.
 


Looks like the Russians shot their wad and the Ukrainians were caught with their pants down. Now with reinforcements pouring into the sector, Russia has some tough decisions to make.

Why didn't Ukraine join NATO in 2004 with Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania?

How are these 3 countries different from Ukraine?

NATO stuff is excuse for lazy mass media consumers.
A. Israel isn't NATO member and vuala, is supported more than anyone else....
Papers doesn't matter that much and actions matter...
B. NATO membership is dream sold by ukr politicians to their voters and by russian propagandists as excuse.....
C. Ukr politicians are delusional dreamers and populists ....

D. Bad pro kremlin oriented NATO countries had cooperated with countries like Morocco, Egypt more than with ukr dreamers... ha ha ha.

E. Orban clearly explained in 2015 th why ukr can't join EU or NATO by using reading....mass media customers are too lazy to read long texts....especially hopeless is to think...that they will read Lisbon treaty and Vienna agreements, Bruxells agreements, NATO charter .....and so on...also accession procedures etc.


Therefore mass media consumers might dream plus they ....are delusional....too lazy to analyze realpolitik situation and get reality....

Nice excuse however for putin are such dreamers.

How not being in NATO might prevent western influence, weapons sold or donated or even production installed?

Russia for exmple easy installed military bases in syria to support assad....using small paper about cooperation bla bla bla...

Having said that the Cuban missile crisis was bullshit , we had missiles all along the USSRs border but once the ruskis had missiles able to hit the US the US had a hissy fit , thankfully the Soviets took the high road and turned their ships around.

Putket is using nato and eu stuff just as excuse for his mainstream propaganda public.

He isn't stupid not to know that ukr didn't had chances to join.... /
Plus not being in nato doesn't prevent west to fill some country with weapons etc at all.

& BTW unfortunaltely for ukr .... a lot of their own weapons production mainly existed just in yt video rolls for entertainment and their propaganda articles etc....
West didn't had sold them anything more serious too...ukr still .... continued to de militarize 30 years in row and dream about nato...
Unfortunately for ukrainians.
