However russia does have money to hire guys and looks that all direct and indirect support from Iran, Belarus and North Korea will continue.

Iran had helped them to build drones factory and Lukashenko and Kim too does wants such factories.
While despite ukr suspicions there aren't evidences that Iran had supplied missiles for Russia.
They still might supply different explosives and a lot of them. This might boost up russia's technical ability to rack up artillery shells etc production....

North Korea is continuing to supply ammuniton, looks that also missiles and different explosives....plus arty and some MRLS.

Belarus might supply shells etc plus refubrish and repair plus modernize USSR models equipment etc...they does have huge stockpiles from USSR era too..... incl radars etc.
They already had supplied even tanks, not only ammo for MRLS and arty/ mortars ...in 2022 th too. This is stuff Lukashenko and their PM didn't had denied in 2022 th....they will continue....supply.

In my opinion it's more likely he takes their side by withdrawing entirely and letting Ukraine fend for itself. It seems he's more interested in helping himself to Ukraine's resources than in helping them counter Russia's incursion.
