International Russia/Ukraine Megathread V15

Oil price might impact Putin. Otherwise he just is continuing war.

• There aren't signs that they are preparing for any ceasefire : they even are increasing number of troops and technique in ukraine.
Recruiting process is continued despite shortage of workforce in private sector.....

Ukraine deploys laser weapons to shoot down drones.

Russia has apparently started their summer offensive. Putin needs massive gains before the Russian May 9th (May Day) celebration.

He prob realizes dealing with Putin is impossible. I just hope he will sanction the shit out of Russia in every way he can to send a msg otherwise he looks like a failure just like he is with his tariff BS.

Russia won't collapse by June 1st, so, you will lose the bet.
Regardless of scooters, donkeys, and crutches, Russia snipers are still killing dozens of Ukrainians. The TOP SECRET highly classified number of Ukrainian soldiers being killed and wounded by the week continues to be in the high numbers. That is why Ukraine does not want to make the figures public. A shrinking Army that will soon no longer be effective. Poor bastards are paying a high price for Zelensky's arrogance and lies. Again, it is a numbers game and Russia can keep this going for years to come. Ukraine cannot.
Result: Russia wins. They will take 30% of eastern Ukraine and call it quits. Putin is not interested in the western part of Ukraine. Zelensky should really come to his senses (and for the sake of the Ukrainian people) and let Russia have the part of the country it wants. It is already controlling 20% of it. If Zelensky fucks this up, as he is currently doing, he may lose all of Ukraine when his Army is no longer effective.
They will take 30% ? in the last 2 years how much of a % have they gained for all their loses? And how good of you to consider the well being of the UKR people. And not sure why you are still selling your Russian propaganda of how Putin really didnt want Western UKR as everyone who has been following the war knows that is compete B.S.

I and others have covered this issue before. You and others have selective memory and selective reading. You 'cherry-pick' the posts and news that follow your narrative. Denial of how Russia is doing in this conflict.

Russia has taken over 21% of Ukrainian territory since 2014. Do the math. Subtract Crimea from what has been taken since 2022. This percentage has not diminished since 2022. It is growing. How many casualties has the Ukrainian Army sustained since 2022? Unlike Zelensky, the Ukrainian people are sick of this war and want an end to it. They would rather give the 4 oblasts: Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia to Russia in an exchange for peace. Western Ukraine has never really cared for that part of the country and have always looked down on the ethnic Russian minority in that area. Read the articles posted on why Puttin is not interested in western Ukraine.

Nice spin, but answer the question...how much % of territory has Russia conquered in the last 2 years? And they are going to grab 30%?

I'm sure trump will "walk away" from the deal leaving Ukraine in a much worse position.
That being said, UKR has mostly held up their end their end for not attacking energy infrastructure in last 30 days...Now that is seems to be over I hope they unleash their stocks that they have prob been saving in last month and destroy some more oil fields.

Entire 2023 and 2024 they took a grand total of 1% of Ukr.
But they are optimistic that with complete american withdrawal of military aid the pace will accelerate.
This ofc. Therefore they will continue war....

As from Lavrov's demands that U.S should not supply weapons and ammo etc : partially U.S had followed these: all remaining deliveries are from approved in 2024 th package.
Trump administration didn't had signed any new package.

Then they wants that U.S will not sell weapons Ukr even for money paid.

Worst thing is that countries who had purchased weapons from U.S needs U.S permits to send already purchased stuff to Ukr.
They might use clauses and ITAR stuff in order not to allow this.....

/ for pump looks that stuff with Ukr is boring noise, nothing more.

Looks that they talked that russia might keep already grabbed peaces of land and U S might reduce some sanctions....

However obiviously russia eancouraged that they will keep already grabbed lands... ofc does wants to continue and grab more.

Therefore looks that had incresed demands from ukr etc.

For trump most likely this is boring and annoying...therefore U.S really might forget about ukr completely.

If they does see that will not manage to reach ceasefire quickly and throw all further problems on europe alone....then might abadon ukr completely....

They are worried about Israel, housithes are damaging income, Iran is problem....
They are concentraded on tariffs and Panama....

Yeah, the Joe Biden administration allowing Putin and Russia to make a 'small' military incursion into Ukraine in 2022 was much better.
Are you saying the response from Biden should have been stronger as to not allow it?

No, there is no spin. That is your answer to everything I write.
You didn't do the math? You can't do percentages? Not grab 30% more you idiot, 30% total.
In the last two years Russia has taken roughly 3% of Ukrainian territory. It now has a total of 21% of Ukraine. With 9% more it will have 30% of Ukraine. ...and no, the Russian economy will not fall on June 1st. You'll need to come up with a new avatar.

* What percentage of land has the Ukrainian Army recovered from Russia since 2023? Zero (0).
