Actual situation is that west is reducing and slowing down support in both; military and financial fields....while Belarus, Iran and North Korea are racking up support for Russia and there never was any clean sign that west or east ever had wanted Ukraine to win.

So if support will not be quickly racked up and Ukr will not change a lot of stuff....Russia might have chances to annex ALL Ukraine.

Additionally on Ukr refugees EU countries already had spent more than 45 b EUR.
