If about support from Europe it is done in multiple ways in order not to get taxpayers mad.
This means different forms of support, different ways and reported on monthly basis ( again most likely for a reason ).
From A-Z xxx things just one <45>

was so called macro financial assistance .....
Ukraine had received 36,5 b EUR money

transfers from EU centralized funds.
Ukraine's current foreign currency reserves are reported approx 38,8 b USD$.
It is easy to see that Ukraine's National currency had been lesser worth than paper

used to print grivnas IF this support didn't had been provided.
This is only ONE from multiple forms of support Ukr is getting.
Additionally on Ukr refugees EU countries already had spent more than 45 b EUR.
Here ofc material, military and technical assistance and warrant letters for loans and grants issued aren't counted in.
Additionally due to sanctions EU countries had to reserve more than 300 b EUR in order to compensate energy prices hike at least a bit....
If ALL money had been counted in single number , especially also loans and warrant letters....they had get into mad mode.
