Rubik's Cube Magician Fools Penn & Teller

FFS jgarner i don't think 1 single person on earth thought it was actually magical.

Of course not literally magical. I just meant magical in like gimmicked items, swaps, illusions. Shit like that.

But if you don't think there's a single person who would actually believe it's magic, you haven't been around enough. I'll imagine someone is dumb enough to believe it's really magic.

This has to be one of most heated Rubik's Cube threads of this November.

Has there been a better proposal than him using banter, a behind the back move, and the paper bag to give him time, concealment and misdirection to very smoothly manipulate a genuine cube in a very short amount of time? And has any sleight of hand been proposed beyond presenting a cube that may not have been actually solved properly, but appears to be?

He made cubes that change colour like little screens. Either that or he’s a wizard

Also, the clumsy technique is probably done purposely to distract from the fact that absolutely nothing physical is happening.
Were his slightly shaking hands a technique too?

How is that even possible?

When he is fanning out the cards for Penn and Telller to put theirs back in he is rearranging the cards on the sly. So he ends up with two piles. One face up, the other down. Then he just flips one over, and voila. All the same way except those two. Here is someone doing basically the same thing.
