Rubik's Cube Magician Fools Penn & Teller

You can't see that he's not randomizing the cube? His patter talks about randomization as a misdirection and Penn's cube is manipulated once he takes it back into his hands -- it's not in the same orientation when he sets it in front of Teller.

Can you see he's moving into certain (memorized) positions every time he touches a cube with either hand?

Meh seen much better stuff on that show

Tingles.

I remember his s2 performance. Less smoke this time, IIRC. I can't believe he did that so quickly after rehab. Kid is incredible.

The dude is solving the cube right in front of us. Everytime he touches it he's moving it back into place. He's not randomizing it at all.

It's deft sleight of hand, but there's no trick or gimmick other than loose cubes.

Which I believe was Mick's mother's name back in high school. Loose Cubes.

This schtick, it stinks. I'm not sure why the joke is to take people to task for even talking to you but I imagine you'll find it wearing thin before long.

Loose cubes eh? Theres a band name that hasn't been taken.

This guy is kinda annoying but his tricks are pretty good

Man, I thought I caught him sliding a card off the top of the deck immediately after he opened it the first deck, before he pointed out the two Jokes, slyly pocketing it, and I was like, "A ha!", and then 30 seconds later I was already completely lost again. Pretty sure he did, but I have no idea how that matters.

Madmick if Steve himself comes here and explains how he does it, are you gonna yell at him? Take it down a notch homie we're talking stage magic here.

I don't know how he did all of it. It still wasn't that impressive or amazing. Looked like a good combination of sleight of hand and memory. Still nothing new or mind-blowing.

To me this kind of magic is outdated. Pulling an ace of spades from behind my ear isn't that amazing when we live in a world on the cusp of quantum computing and deep in bio-engineering. Show me a guy using his energy to form shapes with floating water. Show me someone who can turn fire into matter. That's magic.

This is just the way a talented guy can make money on a sidewalk, sans blowjobs.

He's the one who performed the trick, and understood it, so no.

Here Mick, if you like Shin, you will like this guy too. LOVED him...

MAYISHAN: I do my routine to One Republic's "Apologize."

PRODUCERS: By the powers of licensing, we will be transforming that to royalty free music. VOILA!

How is that even possible?

I know right?! It's crazy card handling. I think what he's doing is slowly flipping sections of the deck each time he handles it. If you watch the video slowly, it looks like he's doing some sleight of hand. That's the only thing I can think of.

He's not using a gimmicked cube. He's selling a package online that teaches all of his tricks. You can use them on any cube.

That comment deserves extreme admonishment for no reason whatsoever. Hang on.

I'm getting it ready.

You wait right there.

He made cubes that change colour like little screens. Either that or he’s a wizard

Also, the clumsy technique is probably done purposely to distract from the fact that absolutely nothing physical is happening.
